Double pedicle breast reduction using vertical scar
Breast reduction for large gigantomastia is a challenge. We use Pedicle based on superomedial and lateral ( combined) which have a robust vascular supply,nearly constant and leave the Deep tissues at 3rd,4th and 5th spaces to traverse breast lying just 2 cm deep to dermis.
