Matrix rotation with transposition for tumors at 6 o clock in small non ptotic breasts- A substitute of chest wall perforator flaps
6 o'clock tumors are challenging. Good aesthetic results can be obtained from fat fold in inframammary area as Micap (medial intercostal eatery based flap) or de epithelised fold as dermal sling for volume deficits.
Simple rotation flap using Matrix can be an option for large ptotic breasts with good breast volumes in lower inner quadrant for mobilisation. However, small non ptotic breasts pose a challenge. Volume replacement using matrix and lateral chest wall based transposition flaps can be a good option to achieve desired aesthesis.
