Maurice Nahabedian - Professor of Plastic Surgery Maurice Nahabedian, MD was formerly a Professor of Plastic Surgery at the Johns Hopkins University, Georgetown University and is now in private practice at the National Center for Plastic Surgery in McLean, Virginia. . Dr Nahabedian has published over 240 scientific manuscripts, editorials, and invited discussions; served as principal or associate editor of 10 textbooks; and written 107 book chapters focused primarily on aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the breast. He is the editor for the Aesthetic Breast Reconstruction Section of the Aesthetic Surgery Journal. Dr Nahabedian has been a visiting professor at 116 hospitals and universities nationally and internationally, delivered over 1,300 lectures on topics related to reconstructive and aesthetic breast surgery and chaired 21 national and international conferences.
